  • 50 minutes. It took 50 minutes for the guy working there to vacuum out my car. I get there at 7:45am after work, exhausted but needing to get my car cleaned because we're going on a road trip. After looking at a sign that was obviously on the wrong place, as going through the "hand wash" lane was impossible due to a taco truck blocking the way, I got into the track for an auto wash and selected the $14.99 silver wash. That includes wiping down door jams, vacuuming, taking care of the windows, etc. I get out of the auto wash and pull around to the side where the blue tent is, and no one is there. Oooookay... I go into the gas station and the woman says the car wash opens at 8. So I wait for 15 minutes and some guys come. I park and give one of them my receipt. He knows almost no English, and doesn't know what to do with it. He takes it around the corner and tells me to go through the wash. But I already went through the wash, I tell him. He doesn't understand. "you need wash for me to clean inside" he responds in a confused tone. I tell him that at this point, I don't care about the outside I just want the inside wiped down and vacuumed. With trepidation, he takes back the receipt and says to sit down while he takes care of my car. For 50 MINUTES I'm watching this guy slowly vacuum the interior. He pulls everything out and throws it onto the asphalt, including a debit card and a gift card I just bought that I had left in the drink holder. I realized what they were and got them, yeah that wasn't a security risk... He also keeps taking out the carpet protectors... The plastic things on the floor, shaking them out, giving them one or two beats with the end of the hose, and putting it back in. At this point, I'm livid. He's taken far too long, and other guys who work there are just walking around adjusting chairs. The guy FINALLY gets done and flags me over. He missed a bunch of stuff. The floor still had bits of paper on it, the inside looked like it hadn't been wiped down at all, and the window was somehow worse than when I first came in! I was going to ask for a manager but 1. I was too exhausted to deal with this, 2. I doubt he could even understand why I was upset, his English was that bad. I drove off steaming, but not before he walked behind my car as I was trying to back out. I will NEVER go back to this place again. I went because it's close to my house but it's just not worth it. $15 down the drain and I'll have to pay my regular guys $25 to get it done right and fix this guy's mess.
