  • I love shopping at Fiesta Farms for groceries, however, I will never go to Fiesta Gardens again. I have shopped here several times and have found the staff to be unknowledgeable and unhelpful. It seems like a bunch of young people who haven't a clue what they are doing and don't enjoy customer service work. I eyed a very expensive succulent plant which was way more than I had ever considered paying for a plant. I kept going by to check it out and finally shelled out the cash for it. A few months later, after following the care taking instructions and researching how to take care of it on the internet, the plant died. I went back to the shop and was told there was nothing that the manager could do for me. I explained that it was the most money ($69 + tax) that I had ever shelled out for a plant and that I hoped that he could do something for me, but the manager shrugged his shoulders and said he would consider giving me a discount the next year and said he would remember me. I will never shop at Fiesta Gardens again, but will continue to shop at the grocery store faithfully.
