  • I am so happy the Champaign Destil finally opened! The food menu is a bit different from the Bloomington one, but awesome nonetheless. Beer battered bacon is good, flatbreads are awesome, and the stout ice cream sandwiches (incredible!) have enough stout that they card people for that dessert! 4oz taster glasses make trying multiple beers fun, and the bartender will even give you a FREE 2 oz taster if you don't know what you want. Will be back over and over again!
