  • I am not a 'Las Vegas guy' but it is a necessary evil when business calls. The encore was a very nice place to stay while there for a convention. The room was large, modern, and comfortable. However, the reason I chose the Encore was because of the vegan food options available at all their restaurants and with room service. After a long day at the convention center the Wynn vegan burger ordered through room service hit the spot. It's a Gardein patty with an enormous order of fries and a chocolate shake (made with soy ice cream). There were also several other options. I will be back in Vegas from time to time and will always stay at Wynn or Encore.
