  • Tasty product, but the woman working there was playing in the strawberries because she was bored. It was like a little kid playing in his/her lunch food in the cafeteria! It was awful! She was just fiddling around in the fruit they use to top the ice cream and leaning over the counter to support her big big self. Note to TCBY: I'm paying in part for the service here instead of going to the grocery store to serve myself... so make sure your employees aren't so bored that they fiddle around in the merchandise. So unappetizing!!
