  • I have no idea where any of these other people live that have reviewed this business, but I live on the street of this AutoZone. I've been here probably 30 times in the past eight months, no one has helped me to the standard of them having the correct product knowledge. Today I was fed up, all I was looking for was a battery cable plug, and the gentleman tried to sell me the whoke starter solenoid. Last week, I just needed a drip pan to see what I have leaking from under my engine and it seemed like a superior task, when 3 employees are needed to find it. Nobody knows where anything is, managements product knowledge is so small, that I wonder why I even ask the other coworkers these simple questions. This is not a complex job nor is it difficult to learn about simple things in your store, especially when you work there! I guess the internet, will have to be my best friend in this case.
