  • Terrible experience, my blood is still pulsing in my veins. I made a deal to trade in my car and buy a newer used one at Coulter dealing with their internet manager, Nader. After the framework of the deal was established and estimating my turnaround time at 1 hr, I drove 5 1/2 hrs to get the car with packages I was seeking. Upon arrival, I was then low balled on trade in value and dealt with this ridiculous back and forth (to get approval) over $250.00 in sales price concession; that we had agreed upon in principle on the phone. The car was not detailed and topped off and I waited nearly a hour for finance to wrap up; total time spent at dealership, 3 hrs!! I would steer clear of snake oil like this. There was no gratitude for my business just lifeless apologies for the way things went down. I may not be local and a repeat client but you don't allow these types of experiences to customers, period.
