  • I have been a client since 7 Day Spa & Nails opened. I know the owners and have always been faithful to this business. I have been going to Ken for the last two months. The original full set of pink and whites were awesome! However I was astonished at the cost of the full set. I went back for a fill and he again over charged me. I understand it's a business and they have a significant amount of overhead. So back to my one star review... I now have nail fungus. The diagnosis and treatment plan are pretty extensive and expensive. I will never return to this salon and will tell everyone I know about my experience. I stopped by the salon today to make them aware of the situation, they said "the doctor was wrong about his diagnosis and that they would not return my $65. I don't think these inept nail technicians understand what this will cost me and the effect it will have on my job. I'm expecting the owner to reach out to me via Yelp with excuses and lack of ownership. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. Please take this review seriously and stay away from this salon!
