rev:text	I've been a patient of Dr. Pingol for over 7 years and finally gave up. Every time I went, it was over an hour or more wait. The staff is unbearably rude and could care less about helping. While waiting in the lobby, I have seen them make fun of patients, eat while talking on the phone and hang up on people. But the last straw happened yesterday: I tried to make an appt. & phone rang several times until someone answered with just a "hello". When I asked if it was a Doctors office they said "just a minute" and put me on hold. About a minute later someone answered and then hung up on me. I heard them laughing so I was kind of mad. When I called back I got the very rude, Manny. When I told him what happened, he just said "well I don't know that happened and what do you want". I told him I needed an appointment and after telling me I could see her in about 2 weeks, he then said oh you haven't been in over 2 years so I am putting you as a new patient and you can't have that appt. He said that appt. is only for sick people not new patients. What? I told him she has all my medical records and I am a sick patient. He said "well it doesn't work that way." So I told him maybe I need to just find a new Doctor and he said "Good" and hung up on me. So I'm out. No more rude, horrible staff. All Dr. Pingol use to do is refer me to other Doctors anyways so do yourself a favor and find someone else unless you like a Doctor who's office is run like the DMV.
