  • Dont bother coming here unless you want disappointment and a headache. I had the sales associate Kathleen and as we were going through the process she began to ask me my budget then pulled off dresses that I liked with-in this frame . When going over the dresses and trying them on I found one dress that I liked , brought it to the register they were trying to charge double the price that Kathleen was telling me . Not only was it that one dress but two other dresses off the same rack ringing up a double the price she stated . She brought this up to Katie the sales manager and not only was she unsympathetic, she was very rude to her own employees . Not only did she not care that their whole store was disorganized not priced how it was advertised , but she was flat out rude . What bride to be wants to deal with this . Apparently the store manager was on vacation for a week so I had to wait for a week before a decision was made on how much I'd get the dress for . I decided to call corporate and they didn't even handle the situation properly in which they made me still wait a week before they could even make a decision . They called me back today one week later just to tell me they could only give me a 10 to 20% discount when it was their fault for advertising it incorrectly . Why would I pay double , when all this facility did was give me a headache? So that employees who truly didnt care about me could make a comission ? No thank you. If theres one thing I've learned working in retail, you must sell your products as they're advertised, NOT this place . By all means , don't waste your time unless you want to deal with a rude, unorganized establishment with no type of upper management to pull the place together .
