  • I went in here in the beginning of February and loved it! The showroom is gorgeous and the selection is huge. After browsing for awhile I chose a couch and decided to purchase it. My saleswoman Camille was amazing and has been nothing but a pleasure. She explained that they had 0% interest financing and I decided it was a good option. After getting approved for the financing I put $500 down using a visa gift card and decided to finance the rest. I was told my couch would be ready in 3 weeks. About 3 weeks later I got a call from living spaces, I was expecting to be told that my couch was ready but instead I was informed that I would no longer be able to have that couch and they did not have an explanation as to why. They told me to come in the store so we could further discuss it. Once I arrived in the store I had one sales associate explain that the manufacturers warehouse burnt down along with all of the materials. A few minutes later I had a different sales associate tell me that was not the case and they just stopped carrying that manufacturer because they weren't up to the "living space standard". (still not sure which is the truth) They gave me a gift card for the inconvenience which as nice. After looking around the store and not seeing anything else I liked I decided to get a refund of my $500 and look elsewhere. When they went to refund the money they told me they would be putting back on the card I had purchased it on. However, that card was a gift card and after it was ran for the $500 that day I threw it away thinking why would I need it anymore? After I explained this they told me that there was nothing that they could do for me other than give me $500 store credit which I did not want, I simply wanted my money back. After going back and forth with the manager (Leia) she told me she would figure out a solution and give me a call. A few hours later she called me and said they would mail me a check for the $500, I said great!!! We are now going on over a month with NO CHECK, UNRETURNED phone calls and countless excuses for their lack of accommodation. Still waiting on my money that they have owed me for about 5 weeks now. Will NOT be returning, ever.
