  • First time actually going in to Lush tonight and finally having the time to purchase some stuff. I had the sales girl, Maddy, very sweet and kind, even asked I was allergic or have sensitivity to any thing. She was patient and knowledgeable. I spent way more then I anticipated. My original plan was to buy the lip balm and maybe like two bath bombs. Nuupe. Overall five stars, the only complaints I have are small minor things. I don't know if it's this Lush or all but considering I spent $66 bucks, I sort of expected a better bag and packaging. The bar was wrapped in paper but the bath bombs weren't, they were all put in a plastic Thank You bag, by the time I got home, the bath bombs rubbed all over the other stuff and small pieces came undone. It wasn't a big deal but as I said, that would be my only complaint. Also, I went looking at the lower ratings for the reviews of this place. It sounds like a lot of easily irritable people went shopping and didn't like anything, rather it was too pushy staff or not enough attention. Lol. Can't win them all. Saw one about the music, it is a bit loud but I liked the type of music so I was okay with it. I think some people went in and were intimidated but I'm telling you, the sales ladies and guy were super nice, amusing and knowledgeable.
