  • Kids bowl free EXCEPT when a minor mistake is made. Good customer service dictates that the customer is ALWAYS right. In this case the customer was not right, it is the principle of it. I dont mind paying, I don't mind a mistake was made....ULTIMATELY it is customer service and there was none here.... If you like to be treated poorly, this place is for you.....
