rev:text	If I could leave no stars I would. This was the worst place I have ever lived. The office staff was completely rude. They walk around taking pictures of everyone's patio so they can send you fines for stupid things like a camping chair or plant. They don't allow kids to ride bikes or scooter. Apparently they are to be seen not heard. They have signs posted children at play next to signs saying no riding bikes. The security that is there is only for the grounds. I was told if someone breaks in they will do nothing..my neighbors would slaughter animals on their decks on the weekends but my kids couldn't ride bikes. They will call the fire department on you if you bbq anywhere but the grass pad..but if you leave your own bbq over night to cool off the maint. crew will take it. I left a forwarding address for them to send me a bill of any damages I may owe..they sent me directly to collections and hit my credit without even contacting me...this place is a nightmare due to the HO there. Those old people in the HO must not want families there. They also sealed the gate in the back to the school so kids could no longer walk and parents had to deal with the congestion of dropping of their kids..i would rather stay in a weekly before I rented one month thereYour review helps others learn about great local businesses.
