  • Three of us went to Vegas for a long weekend. We all wanted to get our first tattoo. After studying Yelp, we had a place all picked out just a few hundred yards from Downtown Tattoo. But that place was closed all weekend for some sort of anniversary celebration. We had walked by Downtown Tattoo many times before, but never walked in. All three of us jumped into the process of getting our our first tattoo. Each of us had a different artist and each artist was respectful and helpful. Two of us knew exactly what we wanted. If you get your first tattoo there, I recommend knowing exactly what you want. If you are getting words, they can help you decide upon the font, but I suggest knowing exactly what font you want. Anyway, I think the three of us were relatively picky and we all came away happy. We will probably all get our second tattoos there as well.
