The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I believe anyone in customer service should know that the customer is always right. If your store promotion/coupon isn't working, it is managements responsibility to make sure you'll be a returning customer and make it a point to help you access their discounts. The managers here simply left it as there was nothing they can do. Perhaps this wasn't their fault, but the headquarters need to figure out their technology glitch in this case and ensure that their managers can make their customers have a good experience. So if there is a store promotion for $3 off diapers, and the coupon doesn't work, It should be the managers responsibility to grant the $3 off. Target, cvs and most other companies will do this. Especially when the error is on Walgreens online coupon/promotions side.
In addition, the 2 store clerks were completely rude and judgmental of our bargain shopping and were having side conversations about their frustrations for us to personally witness. Walgreens, and many other stores, offer promotions, for people that can't afford common goods to have access to personal health needs. I shouldn't ever feel ashamed for trying to get the most I can for what I'm spending.
This being said, I won't be returning to this Walgreens or any Walgreens anymore.
