Not that it will hurt the company reputation by my putting 1 star anywhere. It seems that it's a popular consensus.
My understanding of the service comes from having it in 2 locations, WA state and Las Vegas.
Service is mediocre and compared with competitor either in promotion or out of promotion has poorer quality per dollar spent.
Most of the promotions you qualify for by signing up for auto pay, this way any changes in price (consented in the contract) will have about a 50% chance of escaping your eye unless you are meticulous and careful reviewing bills each month.
Customer Service online will not help you with any actual help, nor will it be helpful that you call, it takes at least 80 minutes plus and is only open Monday through Friday.
Upon termination is when the company will bite you the hardest, for one it will charge you an amount equal to when setting up the service for a so called technician fee. Then you will get a bill for equipment, which is the modem, regardless of whether or not you have returned to equipment (seriously like there is a point in keeping a modem that does not even work with other service providers in the area). If you have misplaced the receipt (or better yet sent someone else in your place) then an additional charge of 99.99 is inevitable for you.
Please do not be fooled, telecom companies do not care of you, and this one for a sure thing will not treat you with the proper dignity of a human being.
