  • We absolutely love Costa since the new Executive Chef took on the task of building a brand. It is definitely our go-to seafood restaurant on the Wynn and Encore properties. In addition Elion their amazing General Manager does a great job of balancing the front of the house with the back of the house. The food is amazing. The service is spectacular and the venue, inside our out, is gorgeous.
