This park has it all. I especially enjoy the trail around it. I try to run/walk and move around it daily. Being able to run on the path that is dirt and not concrete like some of the other parks around here is huge. The more low impact I can make my workout on my bones and muscles the better so that's really nice, plus the scenery while running around is great with the water, trees, jungle gyms and workout stations. The lighting at night can leave someone wanting more but some spits are really well lit. So run fast - haha.
