Poor customer service. The line was not long but it takes long to move. My friend uses the Express and has not had a problem. Even though the Express works, I'm glad I experienced their lack of customer service because if I ever get into trouble, I'll know what service I can expect. It's best to go with a company you can trust in case something goes awry and I don't believe it's Dollar. One agent saw the huge line and despite this, was more interesting in moving her water bottles from station to station like she could care less about helping someone. When I finally got to the counter, the agent was very rude and didn't explain the next step in the process. He stuck a sticker on the outside of the parking agreement but didn't explain it. We had to wait in the line in the parking garage to get the car. The first car we got into, didn't even start. When we return the car with a full tank of gas, the attendant asks for the gasoline receipt referring to the sticker no one explained. Even though he can see the full tank, he was going to charge us because we didn't have the receipt. He gave us a hard time and then let us go. That was nice of him but why give us a hard time! I rented twice at National after this- that's customer service!
