  • I bought a package that included an oil change and a wheel alignment. When I picked up my car and asked about the wheel alignment, I was told that it was taken for a test drive and there was no significant pulling. I asked why it wasnt checked with the tools they have and was told that I would need tires soon and there was no point. My tires have at least 20,000 miles still left on them. I was obviously upset and the thin Caucasian guy with the tatoos at the counter tried to stare me down, and looked away when he didnt succeed. Tires where not rotated either. Awful service will not go back.
