  • Time Warner is the Worst cable provider ... Literally, Anywhere. What is the point of paying monthly, for services that NEVER work?!!!! Seriously. If you ask why we still have them, well, that's because no other providers service our particular "area". Really?!!! I live in Charlotte. Time Warner is Based in Charlotte. Can someone Please explain?!! I am Sooooo over this company. We've been going through the same problems for Years now. Don't bother calling them... Their solution is to "replace your current DVR/box/equipment"... And a couple months later (if that), you're having the Same, but in some areas, Worse issues. To Any new potential new customer out there, please be Warned. Save your time. Save your sanity. JUST DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!
