Natalie, our waitress, was great. However managers Duane and Ed need a lesson in customer service. Ed lied and said tables couldn't be put together per fire code but a family came behind us and moved the same tables the same way we had them and no one said anything. When general manager, Duane came over, he was more worried about me complaining to his boss rather than making sure his guests had a great experience. In this economy, customer service is everything in my book.
