  • This company sucks!!! We put out one small bag of trash a week on Mondays and our recyclables every other Thursday. You would think for all the money we pay to put out next to no trash, they'd actually pick it up consistently. Nope!!! We've had to call multiple times because they failed to pick up our recyclables almost every time!!! So I call, wait on hold, complain (again), and they tell me to leave them out there and they'll pick them up in a day or two. I dont have time to call you every other week, Republic, to ask you to do your job. And then you call to complain and they say a supervisor will call you, which only happens half of the time. They apologize and say they'll try to do better, but then the same thing happens again. Over and over!!! Such a scam that they have a monopoly on trash pick up in Vegas and they know they don't have to do a good job because you can't hire someone else. This place is the worst!!!
