  • I decided to sit at the bar and have dinner. It was early so I took advantage of the "Pre O Fix" menu. I was not going to the show (I saw it many years ago and I highly recommend it) but their abbreviated pre show menu appealed to me. You get one starter, main, side and dessert for $60. It also came with a glass of Champagne! Mindy (bartender who served me) was fantastic. She was all about service and seemed really happy to be there. I ordered the kale Caesar (very good) , salmon (one of the best I have ever had), smoked mashed (fantastic) and doughnuts (great with caramel and peanut butter sauce). The quality of all the dishes were outstanding. If you are in or near the Bellagio-I highly recommend FIX for dinner. If you arrive early you can grab this great pre show value. Don't worry-you don't have to actually see the show!
