  • Reviewing a small business and having the pleasure of giving 5 stars is such a great feeling - I love family own/run businesses and am so pleased that this particular company really lived up to my expectations! James and his crew arrived while I was away and wasted no time getting started - as we arranged previously, they took off all the screens and cleaned them and cleaned all of the exterior before I even arrived home. I was able to observe them working on the interior and wow - they pay lots of attention to detail - they bring all of their own supplies/ladders/etc, and they even cover their feet with little booties to make sure they don't track anything in to your home. We had a 3 man crew for our 4 bedroom home and they were able to get my windows and screens sparkling clean in about 1 hour and 15 minutes - and they look GREAT! They vacuum and dust out the tracks as well and it just gives everything that polished look. This is a great company and the owner clearly takes great pride in his work. The office manager was a doll to work with and was very flexible, working around my schedule constraints. Best of all - the value of the work done was tremendous. I received quotes from several other companies and Cactus charged considerably less - and in this case, you get way more than what you paid for!
