  • this is the worst clinic i've ever been!!!!! you set an appointment, but it seems like that appointment was just for formality!! because you still wait for almost 2 hours!!!!!! then when you weren't able to show up for your set appointment, they charge you 25 dollars! i dont think this is something that they should be doing. first of, you dont meet the satisfaction of each parents of your patients, you are not professional in terms of people handling the phone, the front desk who supposed to greet parents instead their on their cellphones or even with their own children while on duty!! there is no sense of urgency. dont get me wrong, dr garcia is good when it comes to handling her patients inside the room. but how she handles her people to be on time, to be on their best while on duty is totally wrong. loosing documents that are supposed to be confidential and kept secured???? is something that worry me as a parent. if dr garcia will be reading this, please! please! please! do what's right for the children, for the parents, for your business and put your team in the right direction of being professional and please! be on time! dont accept a lot of patients if you cant handle it. *****keep the appointments on time*******
