Pure barre is a consistently challenging workout that keeps your body guessing so you never plateau. And it's changed my body- Really leaned out my legs for the first time in my life! People think barre class is going to be slow but this class is fast paced and I always sweat a lot. I've been going to pure barre for 5 years for that reason (it still kicks my butt) and because of the positive and welcoming environment that the Weyands foster in all four of their studios. And all fitness levels are welcome and you can get thru a class at any level.
