  • I called for a pedicure appointment today and was told there is no wait and to come into the salon in 10 minutes. I came in after 5 minutes to find 4 people already waiting ahead of me. The manager then told me it was a 10 minute wait. I waited on the couch for 20 minutes. I was directed to a pedicure chair where my feet sat in cold water for another 25 minutes before I was helped. When I was helped the gentleman who did my pedicure was nice but smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. He also set his timer for massage before even getting my feet out of the water. When my pedicure was over he rushed me out and told me I was all set instead of waiting for the polish to dry... which I thought was strange as there were other chairs open around me. I understand being busy but please set an accurate expectation of the wait time and don't cheat your customer of their services which they are paying for. Also, the selection for gel polish is great but non-gel polish color selection is lacking.
