rev:text	Make sure you call them and don't show up in person. They will be happy to leave a line a customers in the shop while they help anyone who calls on the phone before they help those who take the time to show up in person. Even if you do show up in person, it seems they don't know what inventory they have and will give you a false delivery date before trying to upsell you when they can't deliver. After dealing with their BS, I went to the Goodyear shop a few blocks away and got great service and they got me the tires I needed. Needless to say, I won't bother with this shop again, it's not worth the aggravation.
