| - Jose and his crew painted my house yesterday. It was 115 degrees and they were on-site from 530 am until 530 pm. Nothing but respect for the quality of the job they did under such atrocious conditions.
I got two bids on my 2300 sf stucco two-story home. Paint Masters was $1,100 below another well-rated company that painted some of my neighbors' homes. Despite the agressive bid, Paint Masters used high quality materials (Sherwin WIlliams SuperPaint), did excellent prep work and made my house look awesome.
My experience started with a "remote bid" where they looked at my house from an online photo and emailed me an estimate. Their communication is awesome. If you email them, they respond within an hour or so. Alan came out to powerwash the house and to help us pick our colors. Great, personable, guy.
Eighteen hours prior to painting, my wife and I decided to change the color of our back doors. Assuming they had already ordered the custom paint, I sent an email asking if it was do-able and how much it would cost for the extra materials. I got a reply within minutes: No problem, no charge. I couldn't be happier.
Jose and his team arrived in a professional-looking company van, took great care of my plantings and personal belongings and were genuinely friendly. I don't know how you keep a positive demeanor on a day like that, but these pro's do it. Even my dog had no problem with a bunch of guys in white jumpsuit hoodies coming and going.
I recommend Paint Masters without hesitation.
