rev:text	I am blessed to have a Mother -in-law that recognizes quality. After dropping her off at Bayview Sheppard, RMT decided to book and try the place. Let's just say I dont give 5 stars unless I'm pretty sure the place deserves it. First of all booking was very easy and efficient. They're open until 9PM so that gave us a great deal of time to fit into our schedule. We managed to get a couple room at a time both convenient to our schedule which was awesome. Lemon water complimentary at the entrance/exit (self-service) I find a thoughtful touch. You are required to take off your shoes upon entering their small reception area. Clean slippers ready to be used offered in a bin grouped according to size. While we were waiting and filling up our forms you can hear the phones ringing for last minute waitlist of any cancellations which I thought was a very good sign. The place was quite busy people coming in and out yet it still retained the spa-like ambience you want to have in a place where you want to relax. Very well managed - another good sign. My first visit with Rona went great. We shortly discussed my points of where and how stressed I was etc. before she had me embarrassingly asleep on her table . I would not have been surprised or more embarrassed if I had been drooling (No it did not happen - thank goodness). Woke up with that satisfied buzz. Looking forward to coming again. A few days after our massage we received a call. It was to ask us how we were feeling which is only another proof how they look after their clients.
