  • I moved to Cambridge cout 3 years ago. I will resign a new lease in the next few weeks for a 4th year. I've read a few reviews. I came across them when looking for the office telephone number 3 or 4 times, in the past. I have had issues to resolve and needed direction regarding policy. When I moved in, I knew nothing, of the buildings reputation or the area. I only knew, that due to our failed economy, that this is what home may look like. Slyvia, showed me the different models and explained how she saw the complex and its future. I had a concern towards noise and security. Slyvia, looked at me and said that she lived here, that her family lives here, that her kids play here and with that being said, I asked for an application. Slyvia is responsible and respectable. People say she is nosiy, I don't know her to be, but I believe it to be her job to know what's going on in the place she both works and lives with her family. I have had a maintenance problem here and there. I've gone down and spoken to either Slyvia or Claudia and EVERY issue, on EVERY occasion has been corrected. I have seen 2 or 3 bugs in 4 years, during the change of season and I don't hold the complex at fault. I have had 2 issues with bed bugs and 2 days into each occurrence I've told Slyvia and her response was a phone call later telling me she had looked into the matter and pest control would come out. She also found out why I was having this new issue and gently voiced her concerns to my close neighbors. Cambridge Court was meant to help me until the economy rebounded, but the reason I moved in, is the reason I stay... SLYVIA! I thank you for a quiet place to live, for a safe place to live. I thank you for my home.
