  • This place is awful!!! I arrived here when I was sick December 2nd. I figured this place would be a safe bet in Glendale as it was a Banner facility.... The only decent things about the place was it was relatively clean, but not entirely. While I was there someone had to call the desk aide to TELL him to clean. And that they saw you within a decent amount of wait time. Once I was called back for my appointment, the PA didn't listen to anything about how I felt or knew my own body. I told her it felt like I had a sinus infection and she quickly shot it down among other things, said I had a common cold and sent me home! Not to mention she asked how many days off work I would like. My symptoms were pretty severe and I have a physically enduring job that I can't be sick at so I asked for a doctor note for the week and she blatantly told me no. Why did you ask then?? Later I went to my regular doctor because they finally had openings and was treated for a sinus and ear infection and finally got better.... But aside from the doctor incompetence....I got my bill recently. $225! Saying my insurance didn't touch it! So I look and the desk aide didn't even enter my information correctly! So I try to fix it online to no avail. I call the number they provide and on a Friday at 10:00am it says they are closed! So I call the desk aide who says he can't help me to call back the first number. I tell him I called the first number and he gives me a second number and says he can't do anything else! I call the second number and get a RUDE woman who says her system doesn't even show I had a doctor visit but she "will add my insurance information and I'll be contacted in the next 30-45 DAYS!!!" And then she HUNG UP ON ME in the middle of my sentence trying to explain my bill! My bill is due NOW!! Needless to say I will NEVER return to this urgent care. They are completely worthless!! My situation is still unresolved, too!
