  • If it were possible to give a rating of MINUS 5 stars I would. I purchased the $10 drive through car wash. After the attendant trying to sell me a package the car was sent through the wash. Upon exit a man signaled me over where he put tire brite on the wheels. He then signaled me to move forward. The car was still dripping water so I pulled up to the front in the shade and waited for someone to dry it. A man came up to the window and yelled at me to move on. I explained the car had not been dried. A minute later another man comes up and wants to know which car wash I purchased. Seriously? I had no idea that any company sold a car wash that doesn't include a dry. My car, windows and wheels were streaked with soapy water. I told them that I was not moving until the car was wiped down. They did a very poor job. The wheels, back end of the car and all windows are still streaked. I take great exception to being yelled at by anyone. There is NEVER an excuse for yelling at a customer....EVER. I also take exception to poor customer service. I highly suggest if you have any alternative to using this car wash.....take it.
