  • I would never live there again. I needed a place quick and for the cost I got the 2 bedroom townhouse. Very large and spacious but dated kitchen and appliances. Pros: big place I think about 1300 sqft and the master closet is huge I mean you could fit a king size bed in there and still walk around. Rent was $ 873 because they were running a special sure to low occupancy. Cons: the staff is rude and not very friendly. They act like you're a bother to them and the maintenance guy isn't very friendly either. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The neighbors flushing toilets taking showers talking and even doing mattress mambo.... Very annoying to be kept awake or to wake up to hear your neighbor turn the shower on or flush the toilet. One of my neighbors had a recording studio in his apartment and the music was so loud it knocked a painting off my wall. I complained several times and was told they would take care of it but it was never dealt with. I only stayed there for 1 year and moved out. I cleaned the place well and I have never lost my deposit but they kept half of it saying three counter to had knife cuts and discoloration from use..... What? The counter is as old a the apartments..... I rarely cooked there and always used a cutting board... Needles to say I don't recommend to anyone....
