  • They cut back store hours just before the holidays, we drove all the way over there to find out they decided to close at 9 pm rather than 10 pm as the website stated. We called the store twice only to wait 45 minutes on hold. So we drive to the store only to be told they can't help us and to come back at 11:00 am on Sunday. The website says I open at 9 am but hours have been changed for Sunday's as well with no way to let customers know! We were sleazy there for over an hour today and the recall on the battery issue wasn't fixed. Now we are coming back again and ruining our Sunday! Good thing he told us the hours have changed for Sunday also or we would have been at the door again at 9 am only to be angry again because you decided to open at 11 am instead. Very snoring and frustrating!
