Terrible! I have HSA home warranty and this company came out 3 times in one month for the same problem. The issue was never resolved and the receptionist all had attitudes. I believe they are milking the warranty for money by not doing everything at one time. They also expect you to wait all day (they will not give you a time frame until the morning of your appointment and only if you call and ask). The last time they were dispatched to my house, I called the morning of and let them know that I will be home all day except for at 1pm that I had an appointment (no more than an hour) of course the receptionist never told the tech so he showed up at 1:30. I was told I will still have to pay the $75 deductible. Thank goodness HSA was more reasonable and waved that fee. I just think they were milking more money for nothing AGAIN!
