  • I am a repeat customer at Oliver Smith for Men's watches. I purchased an IWC a couple of years ago and just made my second purchase, a Panerai. Oliver Smith is not just a jewelry store. It is a professional, customer oriented, friendly jewelry organization. I use the word organization because this company has no weak links! Everyone is an experienced, knowledgeable employee whose main focus is to assist customers in their purchases. Further, when it comes to service after the sale, Oliver Smith cannot be matched. It's not uncommon to get help to buy; the real mettle of a company is how well it services customers after the sale. In sales and service Oliver Smith stands alone. I have worked with Michelle Ma for both; she is excellent. Oliver Smith's has made me a repeat customer and I will continue to recommend the company to others. In conclusion, I would never make a jewelry purchase without starting at Oliver Smith. If you make one purchase here, you will come back too!
