  • We showed up at the kiosk 44 minutes before our flight with only carry ons. It wouldn't let us check in so we had to go to the window. The lady said we had to be there 45 mins early and we couldnt get on our 7:05AM flight. We said we could run and make it considering it was only 6:25AM and we weren't checking luggage. She refused to put us on the flight and gave us stand by tickets. She forgot to inform us that the next 2 flights were sold out and let us it in the airport all day. I'm never flying American Airlines again. Only Southwest from now on. Thanks for screwing up my honeymoon AA!
