  • I have personally never been into this establishment, however a single phone inquiry has galvanized me to urge folks to not use this establishment ever. All I wanted to do were 3 simple things: 1. find out whether or not my vehicle has a recall on it (Although I'm from California) 2. do the regular 5000 mile maintenance (I'm at ~75,000) 3. use my own oil (Pennzoil Ultra Platinum) Simply put, the lady over in maintenance prove to be utterly unhelpful. She did not even attempt to help me find out what the major malfunction (recall) to my car was, failed to give me pricing on the regular maintenance, and said that I couldn't use my own oil. I somewhat understand why I couldn't use my own oil, however it seems that the simple questions I was asking were well above her paygrade. I guess this is what makes these dealerships "stealerships."
