  • I hate to be writing this review, I thought Tomer and Leigh are good people. Unfortunately, their business practices leave something to be desired. I signed my child up to their dojo because they said they do not lock people into contract if your not attending. After our schedules got busy with school activities I told them that we will be out for a while and let them know when we would be back. 8 months later I noticed they began charging my credit card again without my knowledge or consent. After a couple discussions about it, leigh first said that I emailed her to start charging the card again. Which I did not! when she was unable to produce the email she claimed to have, she said "if you joined golds gym would you ask for a refund after not going?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The reason we chose Israeli martial arts is because they promised not to be like the other fly by night places and that we didn't have to have a 1 year membership! C'mon guys, you are better than that! I've communicated with them and waited a year to post this review in the hope to get this situation resolved. Unfortunately they will just take money from your account long after you've left this dojo!
