| - I work just around the corner from this one, so I frequent it pretty often. It can get very busy in the morning, and there is no drive-thru, so get out and go in! Otherwise, it dies down and can be accommodating. The store is narrow and long, with limited minimal indoor seating, though there is bar seating along the window and more outside.
Enough about the store, it's the people that make this Starbucks awesome. Aside from their youthful vim and courteous demeanor, they are always friendly and welcoming. I promised to write a review, so here it is. Last night while waiting for my drink with my co-worker, we witnessed some amazing customer service. A man grabbed the wrong drink, and a woman consequently grabbed the wrong drink. She realized waaaay before the man did, came back and said she was fine, but didn't want her drink (strange...). The baristas quickly remade her drink, and the man's, while one came out and told the man his drink was wrong (which he noticed only after they told him, hehe!). They brought the remade drinks out personally, apologized for any inconvenience and everyone was happy. Yay! Talk about going out of the way to please your customers.
I didn't get their names, but the guy was Tyler I think and one of the girls had red glasses. Had to give a shoutout.
