  • As soon as I walked in to the boutique, I was greeted with a warm welcome and handshake from David, the owner and Licensed Dispensing Optician. David was able to use his many years of experience to help me choose a great pair of frames that fit my head and face perfectly. All of the options for the lenses (material, coatings, transitions, etc) were thoroughly explained, and I never felt the high pressure sales gimmicks so often found at other eyeglass retailers. The price list is openly available on the display tables, so there is a feeling of transparency with pricing, and there are no surprises. I used a Groupon, and was able to get $125 off my frames. David even took the time to adjust and fit my wife's new glasses (which were purchased elsewhere, at a nationwide optical chain) at no charge! I was examined by the friendly and knowledgeable independent optometrist, Dr. Castro, right at my scheduled appointment time, and I was given a handy laminated wallet card with my name and prescription written on it. In all my years of wearing corrective lenses, I have never been given a card like that. It's that type of personal attention and consideration that make PerSpectacles really stand out from the crowd. Thanks for a great patient experience guys...we'll be back, and will gladly refer others to your practice!
