I would have to agree. Worst customer service ever. I moved, they delivered water to my old address two weeks after I switched their system over to the new address. The funniest part is that their system reflects the water was delivered to the correct, new address. It is water. In plastic. How do you screw that up?!! Oh, and their hold times to speak to anyone with half a brain are a minimum 25 minutes. The plus side is that the water is good and crisp....but the customer service is NOT!!!
