  • I've lived here for almost a year. can't complain I do agree though the apartments are a little run down, but like stated before they were built in 1985. I haven't seen much complaints about the outside complex. the inside is what kind of needs fixing. like kitchen floor, New toilet, and showers. But all n all when things need to be repaired these ppl are On it! They even make follow up calls to make sure the issue is resolved. Not that much noise either compared to other apts with kids running around. They keep the outside pretty tidy and neat. I give it 3 stars because the management team is pretty awesome & the complex itsself (least on my side) is really clean. I would give it 5 but the inside of the apt isn't much to brag about
