  • My daughter is five and very athletic. There are two areas, a 6 and under and a 6 and older. The latter costs less as there is less to do. When we arrived they asked my daughter if she would like to do all of it. She was thrilled and of course wanted full access. She's more than capable, she can even do the warped wall. We paid the extra money to give her full access. Even though their rules state that these areas are six and older they allowed us to pay for it. Half way through our time they kicked her out of that area and told her she was too young. I understand that these are the rules but they shouldn't have a) allowed her to be in the advanced area in the first place if this is the rule, b) charged us for full access, then deny us said access, c) changed their minds halfway through the visit. It was pretty disappointing to say the least. They also refused to issue a refund for the difference after making her go to the smaller, less pricey, area. We love this place. It's clean and fun and well kept up. But this visit has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not sure we'll be back.
