  • I have to say for a business that prides themselves on taking care of high end clothing they did not take care of my Ted Baker jacket. I came in to have 2 stains removed I had to explain to them that it was a delicate material (Japanese crepe) I also had to ask them 3 times not to press my jacket because I did not want the collar to be flat. They ended up trying to put a tag through my jacket I explained to them that it would leave a hole in the material I had to ask them to put it through a seam instead. They then put tony stickers on my jacket where the stains were to identify them I told them I didn't want them on as my jacket is light coloured and delicate they assured me it would be fine. Well 60$ later the stains couldn't be removed (that's fine) but after I took my jacket home and a few days later different stains appeared in the form of the stickers. The glue left a residue on my jacket which has now turned yellow. I'm not even sure I can remove these stains. Super upset and super disappointed that these people pride themselves on handling high end items but don't have the basic knowledge to perform their jobs properly.
