  • We stayed there for 2 nights and were put on the ground floor by the exit. One day in we realized that the exit door is wide open so anyone can just walk in. The AC didn't work in the room. The second day the bathroom light went out and we made a complaint at 7pm on a friday and were told someone will be with you shortly. We waited an hour and then left. We came back at 12 and made the complaint again and the guy at the front desk said I'll check with my manager and let you know within 10 minutes and then called and said I'll come and check it. There was a note slipped under the door saying someone will come at 9am. Nobody came at any point and when i complained at checkout they told me no one had told them and then moved on to the next guest. A communication breakdown between your own employees is not your guests fault. We were without a bathroom light for 15 hours in what was a disabled bathroom. Would never stay here.
