  • They didn't have a smaller car available so they gave us a Jeep instead for the same price... which was good, but when we returned it they tried to charge us the full price for the Jeep even though they had previously agreed to the same rate as the car. We had to argue with them and show them the rental agreement before they finally admitted they had agreed to the lesser amount. So watch out, they may try to overcharge you.
